Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. During high-volume periods such as major product drops, holidays, or convention travel schedules, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Orders over $50 USD may qualify for free shipping promotions when available.
International Shipping
Send Calamity ships to many international locations. International shipping times vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

Split Shipments & Preorders
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability or preorder status.
If an item from your order is expected to ship later, a note will typically be included with your package or listed on the product page.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us through our Contact page and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Send Calamity is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.

Return & Exchange Guide
At Send Calamity, we strive to ensure every order arrives safely and meets your expectations. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policies below before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or refunded if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has been marked as shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and limited-run designs, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

the wrong item was received

or there is a verified issue with the order
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include:

Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered or shipped but does not arrive, Send Calamity does not guarantee refunds.
However, we understand shipping issues can happen, and we may be able to assist with a replacement or reshipment depending on the situation.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a solution as quickly as possible.

Send Calamity is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
